Addition of more than 30,000 new head

Update to last minecraft version

• Add command /playerhead <player>
• Added permissions for categories and refresh button

• New command /zhead random, provides a random head.
• New command /zhead info, provides information on a head.
• Update command /zhead search, add an auto completion.
• Added right click on heads to get all information (base64, zmenu example, id, etc)

• Various small corrections
• Improved API and added maven
