Little correction for the backup system to copy file correctly

small code correction 

Added /exempt list command (displays list of factions exempted from rankings) /exempt add/remove (to manage in-game factions exempted or not)

added language selection in config

re-implementation of the backup system when the classifications are reset for better management with sub-backups which are classified by the date of the reset

Fixed the auto reset system and broadcasts for ranking results.

so on the 1st of the month, at 00h00s01, the faction ranking reset and 30 seconds after the farm ranking.

I deleted the auto broadcast system after the reset which for me did not work as I wanted and I did not like it.

Hi all, I've temporarily removed the weekly, monthly, daily reset system.

I've had some problems with it for the moment but I'll do my best to put it back soon.

A next update will be here soon to optimize the plugin.
